Guidelines for submitting events:

Events of general interest to the Upper Valley will be listed at no charge on the
ValleyNet Events Calendar, providing that the event:


  • is sponsored by a community group in the Upper Valley
  • is not a for-profit venture
  • is not a yard sale or other similar sale
  • is open to the general public
  • is a special event (not a continuing listing of a program or exhibit)

For example, an announcement of a three-day book sale sponsored by your community organization is appropriate for this calendar. An annual auction fundraising evening is appropriate to list, as is the opening of an exhibit or display. Listing programs that you provide every day, or an exhibit that is open every day, are NOT appropriate to list in this calendar.

Please submit listings at least 2 days before the actual event so that we have time to review the listing and to post the event in time. All submitted events must be approved by ValleyNet before they will appear on the calender.

We reserve the right to reject any listing submitted for posting.

Please indicate the range of dates for continuing events.
